Who we are

What this website collects
The website has no sign-up forms and no user accounts.
- The servers that host the website (Cloudflare) automatically process technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
- To test two versions of our sales page, the home page randomly assigns you to version A or B and remembers it with a small first-party cookie and a browser storage entry ("aao_v", up to 90 days). The video page also remembers, in your browser only, whether the purchase button has been shown ("aao_b_revealed"). These contain no personal information and are not shared.
- Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third-party font services.
- When you arrive from a link or an ad, the page reads campaign tags in the web address (such as utm_source or an ad click identifier) and adds them to the Hotmart checkout link, so we can tell which campaigns lead to purchases. They are not stored by this website.
Analytics and advertising measurement
This website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages and campaigns work. It may set cookies such as "_ga" and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
This website also uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It records page views, views of the course page and clicks on the purchase button, together with technical data such as your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers (for example "_fbp", and "_fbc" when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad). Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to measure our ads, to show our ads to people who may find them useful, and to build ad audiences. When you buy, Hotmart may send the purchase event to Meta through its own Meta Pixel and Conversions API integration, under Hotmart's and Meta's privacy policies. Meta uses this data under its own Privacy Policy.
Sharing data with Meta for ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state privacy laws. To opt out, you can change your Meta ad preferences, use the Digital Advertising Alliance tools at optout.aboutads.info, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or write to [email protected]. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
The course tools
The web tools included with the course (Absence Diary, Coverage Planner, Threshold Calculator and Neighbor Letter Generator) save what you enter only in your own browser on your own device. That data is not sent to us.
When you buy
Checkout happens on Hotmart, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full card details. Hotmart shares with us the information we need to deliver and support your purchase, such as your name, email address and order details.
How we use your information
- To deliver the course and give you access to it.
- To send emails about your purchase. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time.
- To answer support messages and process refunds.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Hotmart (payments, delivery and email), our website host, Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement, as described above), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase information for as long as we need it to provide the course and support, and as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This website and the course are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
