Refund Policy
Effective October 12, 2026.
7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If Alone & Okay is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you get your money back.
What it covers
The guarantee covers the Alone & Okay course and any optional add-on you bought with it, such as the Neighbor & Landlord Peace Kit or the Session Coach Audio. Each add-on can be refunded separately without affecting the course. You do not need to explain why or fill in a form.
How to ask for a refund
Within 7 days of the purchase date, do either of these:
- Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it.
- Request the refund directly through your Hotmart account, where your purchase is listed.
How the refund is paid
Payments are processed by Hotmart, so the refund is issued by Hotmart to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your payment method and your bank. Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product ends.
After 7 days
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date are outside this guarantee. If something went wrong with your access or files, write to us at any time and we will help.
