This website, aloneandokay.com, and the online course Alone & Okay are operated by Costa Launch LLC, 2001 Timberloch Place, Suite 500, The Woodlands, TX 77380 ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying the course, you agree to these terms.

The product

Alone & Okay is a digital product: online video and text lessons, web tools and downloadable printable files, as described on the sales page. Nothing is shipped. Access is delivered through your Hotmart account right after your payment is approved.

The price is shown in US dollars on the sales page and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Optional add-ons may be offered at checkout or right after purchase. They are separate purchases and are described where they are offered.

Payments

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Hotmart, which may apply its own terms to the payment. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Your license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to watch the lessons, use the web tools, and download and print the files for your own household. You may not resell, share your access, upload or distribute the course or its content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Educational purpose, not veterinary advice

The course is educational dog-training content. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not recommend medication or supplements. It does not promise any specific result or timeline. Every dog is different, and results depend on the dog, the situation and how consistently the plan is followed. If your dog injures themselves, tries to escape, stops eating, or a behavior starts suddenly, contact your veterinarian, who can also refer you to a qualified behavior professional.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your dog's safety and welfare and for following local laws, your lease and any building or HOA rules. Stop any exercise in the course if your dog shows signs of serious distress.

Intellectual property

The text, videos, audio, tools, designs and files of Alone & Okay are owned by Costa Launch LLC or used under license, and are protected by copyright.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and the course are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought.
